Trueform are a leading designer and manufacturer of street furniture, signage, smart city street furniture and electronic digital signage. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Installations Operative to join the Trueform team.
Based at the company’s manufacturing & technology centre in Hayes, Middlesex, the post holder will be required to support the company’s multi-site street furniture civils installation works, throughout Greater London.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
• Undertake groundworks including; civils excavation, foundation installations, street furniture installations, and footpath reinstatement works.
• All civils work to be undertaken in accordance with HSG47, and safe excavation practices.
• All works to be done in accordance with our SSoW.
• To operate vehicle mounted crane including loading and unloading vehicle ensuring the load is secure and safe.
• To ensure that all vehicle faults, driving and site incidents and accidents are reported.
• Develop good working relationships with fellow employees, customers and the general public.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as directed by line manager
Skills/Qualifications
• NRSWA Operative qualification (required)
• Full clean driving licence (required)
• Certified HIAB operator (preferred)
• Experience with on-street infrastructure installations / civils ground works (required)
• CSCS card (preferred)
• Good written & verbal communication & organisational skills
