We are currently developing our own media estate, principally in roadside digital 6’s and are now looking to recruit our advertising sales team. This is an exciting opportunity where you will play a key role in the shape and delivery of an efficient, target driven and performance-focused service.

Head of Specialist & Media Sales OOH
We are looking for a super strong all-rounder who will build and maintain deep relationships with OOH agencies (Specialists) and other media agencies to ensure sales targets are met. You will be required to develop systems and practices of work and embed them into Trueform Outdoor. This is a substantial role targeted to impact and deliver growth in the business working with and reporting to the Development Director.

What we need you to do:
Own relationships with Specialist Media Agencies to influence activity towards OOH and Trueform Outdoor.
Generate maximum revenue by building and maintaining strong Media Agency relationships and identifying key sales opportunities within new and existing Media Agency clients.
Strategic problem solver, developing innovative solutions; considering the wider impact and implications for the business. You will make timely and sound decisions, agree strategy and goals based on business needs and priorities to deliver objectives.
Maintain detailed plans to ensure an informed & targeted sales approach.
Be highly visible in all agencies through regular face-to-face meetings & other planned events.
Present concise, insightful & engaging business arguments which influence media choices and spend.
Deliver on commercial revenue targets and KPI’s.
In conjunction with the Development Director, develop and deliver a sales and marketing strategy ensuring that it is aligned and flexes with the business targets.
Lead the accuracy of data and overall adoption of the relevant booking systems, campaign management and CRM platform. Also including management of activity levels, conversion rates, number of orders and panel yields.
You will work closely with the Local Sales team to ensure cross collaboration and harmonious relationships to ensure business targets are met.
You will build and manage a growing team including induction, training and nurturing new talent.

You will demonstrate and bring:
Comprehensive understanding of advertisers’ business and media objectives.
Experience in DOOH media trading and management, including programmatic.
Customer orientated; passionate about the client needs and delivering work of the highest standard.
Efficient in planning, organising, and analytical skills.
Outstanding skills in data management, analysis, and identification of commercial opportunity.
Highly diplomatic with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Energy, positivity, resilience and a ‘can do’ approach.
