About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Installations Supervisor to join the Trueform team.
Based at the company’s manufacturing & technology centre in Hayes, Middlesex, the post holder will be required to support the company’s multi-site street furniture installation works throughout Greater London.
The successful candidate will be joining a small friendly team and work closely with a variety of highly skilled and experienced managers, who will provide employees with the drive to succeed the opportunity for career progression in the organisation.
Responsibilities & Duties
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:
Laws and Regulations
• Supervision of installation and maintenance activities, ensuring teams are following their SSoW, and adhering to good working practices.
• Ad hoc site survey work to assess; traffic & pedestrian management solutions, and overall site installation conditions.
• Ad hoc meetings with the authorities / clients, to discuss & review future installation works.
Driving and Vehicle Maintenance
• Supporting the transport manager with the continued safe operation of the vehicular fleet.
Quality Control and Continuous Improvement
• Undertaking regular audits of installation and maintenance works, and associated reporting.
• Undertaking quality inspections of completed installations.
HSQE
• Supporting senior management with the continued compliance of all HSQE matters.

Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications and experience:
Required:
• Experienced with supervision of civils excavation & reinstatement works
• NRSWA Supervisor level qualification
• Good understanding of HSQE requirements
• MS Office experience
• CSCS Card
• Full driving licence
Preferred:
• NRSWA Operative level qualification
• CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme
• LANTRA Highways Sector Scheme 12D (T6 or T7)
• Good understanding of Temporary Traffic Management
• Certified HIAB operator
• Good understanding of ICP / DNO electrical connection works
• Experience with on-street infrastructure installations
• Experience with DVSA regulations
What You will Receive
• Salary range: £35k to £40k per annum based on skills and experience.
• Working Pattern: 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday (6.00 am to 2.30 pm)
