Trueform are a leading designer and manufacturer of street furniture, signage, smart city street furniture and electronic digital signage. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Installations Supervisor to join the Trueform team.
Based at the company’s manufacturing & technology centre in Hayes, Middlesex, the post holder will be required to support the company’s multi-site street furniture installation works throughout Greater London.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
• Supervision of installation and maintenance activities, ensuring teams are following their SSoW, and adhering to good working practices.
• Undertaking regular audits of installation and maintenance works, and associated reporting.
• Ad hoc site survey work to assess; traffic & pedestrian management solutions, and overall site installation conditions.
• Undertaking quality inspections of completed installations.
• Ad hoc meetings with the authorities / clients, to discuss & review future installation works.
• Supporting senior management with the continued compliance of all HSQE matters.
• Develop good working relationships with fellow employees, customers and the general public.
• Supporting the transport manager with the continued safe operation of the vehicular fleet.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties or provide cover for colleagues as directed by line manager
Skills/Qualifications
• Experienced with supervision of civils excavation & reinstatement works (required)
• NRSWA Supervisor qualification (required)
• CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (preferred)
• LANTRA Highways Sector Scheme 12D (T6 or T7 preferred)
• Good understanding of HSQE requirements (required)
• Good understanding of Temporary Traffic Management (preferred)
• Good understanding of ICP / DNO electrical connection works (preferred)
• Strong on-site and office-based communication skills (required)
• MS Office experience (required)
• CSCS card (required)
• Certified HIAB operator (preferable)
• Experience with on-street infrastructure installations (preferable)
• Experience with DVSA regulations (preferable)
• Full driving licence (required)
