The role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organisation’s Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 standards and UKCA accreditation requirements, ensuring robust quality assurance throughout the full manufacturing process. This includes conducting first article inspections across welding, CNC machining, fabrication, and assembly, as well as the inspection of supplied finished parts such as powder coating, galvanising, glass, graphics and stone components. The role proactively identifies and addresses quality issues at the root cause, working collaboratively with design and production teams, raising Engineering Change Requests where improvements/corrections are required. The role supports the HSQE department as required to uphold the company’s commitment to quality.

The Production Office Manager, based at Trueform’s Hayes Depot in Middlesex, is responsible for overseeing sheet metal production, fabrication engineering, and supply chain management, including subcontractor coordination.
