About the Role
To support Trueform’s expanding rail signage and infrastructure business, we are seeking a high-calibre Senior Sales Manager. You will lead sales within Train Operating Companies, rail contractors, rail consultants, PTEs, and related partners, offering a mix of off-the-shelf and bespoke solutions. Your deep understanding of customer requirements, specifications, and industry standards will allow you to influence projects and secure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the rail signage and infrastructure sector.
Develop strategies and contribute to proposals for prospective clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through proactive account management.
Promote Trueform’s designs, manufacturing capabilities, and innovative solutions.
Represent clients internally, acting as their advocate in project discussions.
Collaborate with other business units to maximise company-wide opportunities.
Provide regular reporting, forecasts, and client feedback to support business planning.
Utilise CRM systems effectively and implement strategies to manage client accounts.
Conduct all client interactions with professionalism, integrity, and high ethical standards.
Person Specification
Engineering, product sales, or related background preferred.
Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
Driven, ambitious, and able to take ownership of the sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Motivated to work within a small, friendly, and skilled team with career progression opportunities.
